Returns

Return Window: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It takes 1–2 business days to process a return or exchange request.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Return requests are not supported before receiving the goods. Promotional products support returns and exchanges.

Contact Information: Please leave a message on the “Contact Us” page at the bottom of the site, or send an email to support@pacesclub.com before sending out the parcel, for faster and better customer service.

Return Address: Under no circumstances should you send products back to the shipping address on the package. That is a warehouse address, not the office where returns are processed. You must return the item to the address provided via email from support@pacesclub.com

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective, we will cover the exchange shipping costs. If you simply wish to return the item for personal reasons (e.g. dissatisfaction), you will be responsible for the return postage.
Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the parcel. If approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account or Credit Card — depending on the original payment method.

Refund Timing: You will receive the refund immediately or within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Refunds: Shipping costs will be refunded for defective items. However, if the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, shipping fees are non-refundable.
